Cambridge FCE (B2 First) is a globally recognized English qualification that proves a student can communicate confidently and effectively in English at CEFR B2 level.

At this stage, learners move beyond everyday communication and develop the skills needed for academic study, professional environments, and international opportunities. The course builds advanced reading comprehension, structured essay writing, fluent speaking, and accurate listening skills through exam-focused practice and real-world communication tasks.

Language Objectives & Skills Developed

At B2 level, students work with advanced grammar and more sophisticated communication skills, including:

  • Full use of perfect tenses

  • Advanced passive voice

  • Reported speech (all forms)

  • Third conditional and mixed conditionals

  • Modal verbs for speculation and deduction

  • Inversion and emphasis structures

  • Complex sentence linking and discourse markers
